*Please note our Trade Program applies to only those residing in Canada and USA.

Step 1: Click "Apply Here" button above and complete the fillable application form. We require a business number and one of the following:

  • Business Card with your profession,
  • Membership Card from a Professional Organization
  • Interior Design certification

Step 2: Once we receive your application, we’ll begin processing your information. After you’ve been approved, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a personal discount code.

Step 3: Upon approval, your discount code will be activated and can be used immediately. Start browsing our site and use your personal discount code at checkout to reflect your savings.

Please allow up to 3 business days for your application to be processed.

This is great if you offer E-Design or consultation services where your client places their own order. When your client uses the rebate discount code at checkout, they receive a discount and you receive a rebate from the sale. You will receive your rebate by e-transfer or paypal 35 days after delivery.

Unfortunately, our manufacturers do not hold inventory at this time. To guarantee your product, we have items shipped right away after all order placements.

At this time, we do not offer tax exception purchases.

For Canada delivery is about 2-3 weeks and US orders are about 1 week. Shipping is ground delivery and curbside only.

Samples are 18"x18" in size and cost $60 each. However, we will credit back the full cost of the sample when a rug is ordered from the same sample. Sample credits will only apply to area rug orders of 5x7 or larger. The customer or yourself may keep the sample but if you wish to discard your sample, let us know and we will arrange to have it picked up. Sample pick up's are only available to designers located in Edmonton and surrounding areas at this time.

To place an order, email info@lewispark.ca. We will send you an invoice where you can make a payment digitally.

A refund will be issued for products returned within 30 days of delivery minus a 20% restocking fee. We also offer even exchanges to waive this fee.

Please inform us within 3 days of delivery so we can issue a claim and resolve the situation as soon as possible for you.
