Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping charges. Once we receive your item and it passes our inspection, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. This refund will be the purchase price minus a 20% restocking fee per area rug. If you decide on an exchange or store credit instead, we will waive the 20% restocking fee.
