Can I exchange my item?
We can accommodate an even exchange for you to waive the 20% restocking fee but you will be required to pay the return shipping costs. Please complete our return form to initiate the return process. Once the return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the new item.

Can I use more then one coupon on my order?
No only one coupon can be used at a time and only on regular price merchandise. Please note items on sale cannot be combined with any other promotions, offers, or discount codes and is final sale.

How much will I have to pay for shipping?
We offer FREE Shipping on all rugs with no minimum purchase required.

How do you ship & how quickly will I receive my order?
We use different carriers depending on the size but mostly ship through FedEx or UPS Ground. Please refer to out shipping and returns page for more information.

Can I place an order anytime?
Yes, our online store is open 24 hours, 7 days a week. Our team will process your order during business hours 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday.

Can I delay the shipment of my order?
Unfortunately, at this time we cannot delay the shipment of your order once it is placed.

What is your return policy?
If for any reason you are not happy with your rug you have 30 days from the day it was delivered to return it. Please contact us to start your return. We will then email you a return authorization number with further instructions. Our team will schedule a pick-up of your rug. Please refer to our return policy for more information.

Will I pay for shipping back?
Yes, you will be responsible for the shipping return cost. However, we will help you with rates and other necessary details. 

Do you charge a restocking fee?
Yes we charge a 20% restocking fee.

When will my refund be processed?
We process all returns and refunds within 7-10 business days after delivery back to your form of payment.

What type of warranty do you offer?
All rugs come standard with the manufacturers' warranty. Please refer to our warranty page for more information.

Are all your products “New”?

Yes, everything we sell is brand new and of first quality. 

How do I cancel an order once it has been placed?
All orders are placed immediately after purchase. However, in the event that your order has not yet been shipped, we will provide a complete refund. Once an order has been released for shipping it cannot be canceled. All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to info@lewispark.ca. Cancellations are confirmed only when Lewis Park notifies that the order has been canceled via email. Please refer to our return policy for additional details. 

Where do you ship? 
We ship to both Canada and the USA. But we do not ship to the following: Hawaii, Alaska, Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut.

Are rug colors on your site true?
While we strive to provide the highest quality photos on our website, it's important to note that computer monitor settings can affect the perception of colors. As a result, the photos may not always be exact representations of the true colors of our products. We cannot assume responsibility for any discrepancies between online colors and the actual colors of the items.

Are the rug sizes you list exact measurements?
The sizes listed for our rugs are based on the manufacturer's recommendations. It's important to keep in mind that both machine-made and handmade rugs can have a slight variance of 3-5% in size due to the nature of the materials used.

Do you recommend purchasing a rug pad?
Yes. Rug pads provide a durable, long-lasting foundation. Not only do they bring comfort and cushion to your rugs, but they also protect floors underneath and reduce movement, bunching and slippage.
